1. they don't train their agents well enough to do their jobs.2.they have a system that cost over 40 million and it sends the meds to the wrong address..3. they just brought a new company for 2 billion dollars.this will result in delays and confusion..get out while you can.go locally.I have seen numerous issues with the agents not being able to get a supervisor to even take escalated calls..Its a dept that really doesn't care about the agents.Lots of favortism.Watch your drug spend very closely.Good luck to you and yours.
