I never had a maintenance RX until this year.Insurance did fine with the 30 day initial RX at CVS.

Optum RX refused to provide the CVS 30 Scripts going forward and I had no choice but to register with their "Automatic" On-Line program. I did receive the first 90 day script- no charge. Then I tried the on-line refill service, ran out of meds, had to pay cash for a 7 day supply from cvs- no insurance coverage. When they did send meds, they added an extra one and charged my credit card $200 (for the same amount of the previous free 90 day supply).

I returned the delivery and filed complaints with Customer Service. Guess what- GoodRX and my discount from Costco Pharmacy provided the same scripts for less than OptumRX.

I am going to file a complaint thru my employer as well.I am recommending GoodRX.com to friends and family.
