I don't know where to start but optum has messed up every single time I have ordered anything. I guess the only thing I could say is they are consistent. No one is accountable at optum, was told that it would ship and I would have the following week. I called after one week, was told they no longer carry the medication. avoid optum just use local pharmacy!

There should be some law about the time to fill and process any request. Complete incompetence means you are denied you therapy. Taking weeks to resolve an issue is incompetent. Hours on the phone crosses over from annoying to immoral. It's nice the you have a Twitter account OptumRx...
