OptumRx is by far the worst mail order drug company I have ever come across. The fact that they have a department called "Customer Service" is a joke. I have dealt with these people for almost a year (at least 30 phone calls) and I can honestly say that not one of those contacts had a satisfactory result.
Every time (except once) I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told to stay on hold and they would transfer me. That's right; I always wound up with a dial tone in my ear after a minute or so.
I could go on and on but what is the use? In my opinion they are too dumb to realize how bad they really are!
