OptrumRx is a United Healthcare owned company.I started with this mail order perscription company in January 2017. My insurance company is IBX.com.

In March 2017 I ordered my diabetes and other medicines through their mail order plan. OptumRx had the card on file and I had been used without problems before.They used my credit card that I submitted to them. The order went through fine, and my credit card was sucessfully charged. Since them the last 6 orders have been messed up.

I just found out that that my charge card has not been charged for the last 6 orders even though the medicine has been sent. I called them and they have no answers on the problem? They used my credit card on file, but they can't figure out what the problem may be. I ordered my Metformin three weeks ago.

It is my main Diabetes medicine. I did not receive it and called them on September 8,2017. I told them that I need it by September 15, 2017 as I was going away on vacation the next day. I paid an additional fee for expedited delivery.

I was running out of my 90 day supply of Metformin. I gave them my contact and credit card information. I was guaranteed the medicine by 9/13/2017. I received another call on Monday stating their was another problem with my credit card.

I gave the rmy information again and clarified that I needed my medicine by 9/15/2017. I called the next three days, and went through two representatives and a supervisor and did not get my medicine by the needed time.The supervisor never called back with a solution as promised. I went out on my own time and got a 90 day supply from Walmart before I ran out. I spent hours on the phone with OptumRx, spent extra money and my own time to get my much needed medicine.

The clowns from Optumrx didn't even care to solve the problem.I have read many complaints and nightmares on other sites on how people do without their important medicines because of OptumRx mismanagement. I received a bill from OptumRx in the last two days for the last 6 orders. I already paid it with the same charge card that didn't work for the last 6 months. It went through with the representative within 10 seconds.

They can't find my phone number but they call me, and can't find my charge card that has been used before with success.

Your company is a total disgrace and doesn't care if the customer has their much needed medicine. They leave it up to the customer to solve the problem after they lie to them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

OptumRx Cons: Customer service, Customer service no answers, Bad attitute and lies, It was a nightmare.
