What a nightmare!I have battled these people - with United- since October 21.

My doc sent in a script for Orencia and it was denied. After battling, calling for hours, calling my doctor, escalating the claim, calling my HR department and then finally reaching some young girl who claimed it was all "cancelled" because of no activity 3 weeks later, I almost had a nervous breakdown. Claimed my personal info was wrong and it wasn't her responsibility to fix it so it was canceled. Two calls later and a threatened call to my attorney, I have my meds on the way.

Oct. 21 to Nov. 18.

Unacceptable!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of optumrx prescription filling. OptumRx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
