Ordered a rx for 90 day supply faxed in by physician.They sent me a 28 day supply because rx was written as 1 order of 90 day supply, rather than 3 orders of 28 day supply.

No one contacted my physician to have her change the rx so that the pharmacist could understand it. Apparently if written as 1 order they are unable to deduce what a 90 day supply means. Laughable because rep tried to convince me it was dr's fault. I told her i was a physician as well and thats how we write the rx, and every other pharmacist understands it.

She put me on hold for 20 min for superviser.

Then came back and said they would call me back.Right.
