Optum rx is continously messing ip rather it is double debiting my account or double billing or even pulling old bills that have already been taken care of and rebilling.Will tell you that a medication is going to be filled amd shipped one time and will not be fullfile until abweek later.
Then they act like you can get it filled at,your pharmacy until you go to your pharmacy andbtheu run your onsurance and recieve a message stating that you medication has to be filled by mail order.The customer service is no more pleasant then the,company
