They call me to let me know I have Rx due to be refilled. Go through all the steps to get refills.
Then they call back two or three times to tell me it hasn't been paid for. I tell them it has and to check again. Then they find it and tell me it has. I have to be sure they don't bill multiple times for the same meds.
They dont seem to know what they are doing. Meds barely make it before I run out. Very poor service. Im seriously thinking of stopping my service with them.
It could be a dangerous situation for me or other clients useing their services. They should be investigated by UnitedHealthcare for their poor practices.
