Have had Optum RX for years. I hate to have to call them because I know that I am going to get pissed as I try to get through to a thick headed rep.

Not only *** but they talk over you on the phone. I told them to stop automatically sending refills unless I request them. I had about 60 pills out of a 90 pill RX. I get an email that they are sending it out.

I called them and told them that I don't want it yet. The rep said ok I will cancel it as it has not yet shipped. A week later It came in the mail They charged me for it $37.00. Called again and after getting no where with this dummy on the phone I asked for a supervisor.

The woman kept saying SIR, I can help you with this! Getting more angry I started saying I want a supervisor over and over Finally she says hold on. After a long, long wait one came to the phone. had to try and explain to her everything all over again.

She said she will credit my account, which she did. She said I will send you a return bag, etc. I sent it back. A couple of weeks later they charged me again!!

I am still fighting then for my money back. I have the tracking which says it was delivered. They say no. I am so sick of people at these companies not doing their job!

You see it over and over. Every time it happens we have to fight to fix their mistakes.

Stress, wasted time on the phone unecessary trips to the post office, etc It makes you want to reach through the phone and grab them by the neck! But of all the bad company service out there, these people are right up there with Comcast Xfinity for ***!
