I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent order for insulin. I placed the order on 1/4/2017 and was assured everything was good and it would be shipped to arrive on monday 1/9/2017.

I informed the agenti was almost out of insulin. He assured me there was no problem. I called the morning if the 9th to find out the order did not ship. None bothered to contact me to let me know there was a problem.

Very poor service for a life-sustaining drug.

I will no longer be using prim for my insulin supplies. Terrible service

Get in line.....we ALL would like to lodge complaints....can't complain to them because you will be disconnected. United Healthcare should be ASHAMED of themselves for contracting with Optum RX!
