Have filled my perscription all year at the local pharmacy. Twice this year the have overcharged my perscription saying I have not hit my deductible that I have.

It's been 5 months and no refund. They blame umr. UMR blames them. I even got hr involved and then they said I had a refund coming.

Then after a month of waiting for the refund they overcharged me again so I called and also checked on my refund and they refunded it to cvs instead of me.

So it still isn't resolved. They don't want to refund my money.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of optumrx prescription refill. Optumrx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
