Ordered my rx's was told they would ship Tuesday, they did not.I was also told they would be expedited so i would recieve them quickly.
I called and was told that other pharmacy refused to transfer, i called other pharmacy, this was not true, so Optumrx lied. Called back and was told they were not expedited that jt could take seven days. Lies, lies, lies. Very unprofessional to lie to patients.
I will never use them again.Oh, thats right, i still don't have any meds a week later.
