Over the past several years, I and thousands of other customers have been made to suffer by the employees in customer service at OptumRX. LOK at the massive number of complaints.

They bill your credit card but wait weeks before shipping(if they even ship the prescriptions). When you call customer service, they become arrogant and nasty with you. I URGE ALL OPTUMRX CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN.
CONTACT MEDICARE AND YOUR CONGRESSMAN. OptumRx is not a deserving business.
