they are inefficient their phone system is awful trying to get to a person is cumbersome & when you do they want to renew your prescriptions.Doctor sent in a new script change of dose they never filled it and when I tried to do it online I didn't have access.
they sent renewals UPS with signature required delayed getting my medicine 5 DAYS. Would not use them but my company switched. RUN RUN the other way if it is offered to you. They are incompetent and it seems just pain ***.
Lack of concern for the customer and extremely expensive.Look for alternative same goes for parent United Health Care
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of slow processing and incompetent employees and lots of hassle. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of optumrx prescription refill. OptumRx needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
