they are inefficient their phone system is awful trying to get to a person is cumbersome & when you do they want to renew your prescriptions. Doctor sent in a new script change of dose they never filled it and when I tried to do it online I didn't have access.

they sent renewals UPS with signature required delayed getting my medicine 5 DAYS. Would not use them but my company switched. RUN RUN the other way if it is offered to you. They are incompetent and it seems just pain ***.

Lack of concern for the customer and extremely expensive. Look for alternative same goes for parent United Health Care

I didn't like: Slow processing, Incompetent employees and lots of hassle, Service, Incompetence and no knowledge.
