I tried to refill Metoprolol 25mg tablets. According to their website I had 2 or 3 refills remaining.

The order would not go through. I called and the representative said that their system was going through an update. It seems that it is always a system problem. Then the rep mumbled something about this will take a little longer than usual.

How much longer, I asked? Well, she said, I have to manually enter all of the info. I asked if she meant type the info in? Yes was the reply.

How much will this delay my order? Oh, just a few minutes. That was yesterday July 3,2016. Today I received an email confirming that my order was placed July 4,2016.

This is all normal as it happens more this way than the correct way. Losers.

If their system is that bad, they need to upgrade. If their people are that bad those to need to be upgraded.
