I was charged for a 90 day supply of my prescription when they only sent 30 days. Once I saw the error called and was told that they would have to look into it and would get back to me in 7 business days and that if a refund was due they would mail me a check.
Why can they not just refund the credit card that was used and is on file like every other vendor online. Time to stop using OptumRX and go back to my local Pharmacy.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
I didn't like: Accountability.
