I have to deal with this company every 3 months to get a specialty med and also a mail order achieved. It is excruciating every time.

As others have said, there are multiple departments, multiple people you have to talk to (none of which give you the same answer) and constant hold times. Each time I call it is a 30 minute painstaking experience. No one there seems to properly deal with anything. We last had CVS Caremark attached to our insurance and none of these problems occurred for the same medications.

I can't believe this business exists and I wish there was an option with our employer. HORRIBLE company.
