OptumRx is second is worse all around PBM service only to CVS/Caremark.There's just now ONE thing wrong, there are many MANY things wrong.

No front desk help. No easy to find contacts.

Everything takes going through 10 to 15 people, all while being conveniently disconnected when answers can't be given.Could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on until I reached a 100 words.

yes! When they don't have the answers, or when you ask to speak to a supervisor....you immediately get disconnected.
