This has to be mt 3rd go around with this service I am forced to use through Untied Healthcare. Latest issue is a promise of a delivery via mail before 1/13/18.
Absolutely promised, then didn't deliver. On the phone with them an United Healthcare, separately and then a conference call with both companies on the line. Call took from 3:45 pm until 5:50pm. Called on the carpet for lies and misrepresentations.
Had me stay on line through multiple holds and promise issue would be retified then dropped the call at 5:50pm while I was on hold. The never called back and never completed the transaction with the local pharmacy that they promised would be contacted to fully or partially fill the prescription.
Called them Saturday morning jut to be back to square one. Lying, deceitful, unprofessional and don't care a wit for their forced customer base

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
