multiple times prescriptions didn't come thru mail as stated, plan calls for mail order only, wouldn't release even 30 day script to hold over while resolved. out of pocket to keep wife from getting sicker cost $79 for 5 days.

doesn't accept co-pay cards costing us over $50/month, horrible customer service, lost meds, lost scripts. Multiple phone calls get no results, sent by mail with signature required but never let us know, wife was off one med for over 30 days due to controlled and script was tied up.

Express Scripts was a dream compared to this mess, and as NJ state employee, no choice. You can't trust anything they say, you can't count on meds being delivered on time, and they refuse to release meds to local pharmacy, then refuse to pay for them unless you use mail order even in an emergency.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $800.

I liked: Some reps tried to help.

I didn't like: Never resolving anything, Totally unprofessional, Cancelling an order, Miserable.
