It took them *17 days* to ship my medication. Six days later, it still hasn't arrived. Customer service offered no apology nor information. I am livid.
My health insurance company requires me to use this company, or I would never deal with them again. Trying to figure out if I can appeal that? Would much prefer the corner pharmacy, which takes 15 minutes versus 25 DAYS! Completely outrageous.
Would love to hear suggestions about how to realistically make some impact on this company. To whom should I write? I cannot remember the last time I had such a bad customer service experience - maybe never!!!
