I thought I had another bottle of metformin, but I didn’t. So I called OptumRX on Friday to expedite an order. The rep said she would have it to me on Tuesday. On Tuesday I got an email saying my order was delayed as they needed more information on another medication I ordered. I called and got it corrected and was promised a Friday delivery. On Friday, no meds and I went online to find that the order was on hold for additional information !! Apparently, if they have a question on one med, the entire order is put on hold.

I called and was told that the second rep I talked to did not remove the hold. After talking to a supervisor, all I got was “sorry”.

Now I’m being told it’ll be here on Tuesday.

Worst customer service ever. They just don’t care.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
