Around the first of August, 2018 I received a letter from OptumRX stating a medication I was taking had been recalled. They originally said they would be sending me an alternative as a "Rush Order" that I would receive within 3 or 4 days.

On August 3rd OptumRX representative called telling me they would not be providing the alternative medication previously promised as they ran out of any alternative.

No help what so ever, don't really seem to care.

Have had nothing but problems with OptumRX since Calif.

PERS contracted with them. I would think they could at least arrange a pick up of the alternative medication at a local pharmacy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Uncaring, Uncaring - no concern.

Company wrote 0 private or public responses to the review from Aug 03.
