Optumrx - Annoyed

I had to call my husbands doctor on several occasions to get refill scripts that were still valid then once ordered I had to call again because Optum Rx said they did not get the prescription Now I had to call three times to get a prescription renewed. The second time I watched her fax it and was still told they didn't get it. What gives with this company.
