OptumRx - Horrible!!!

I'm trying to get my specialty meds filled. Its a shot. I recieved a letter, from optum, atating that no prior auth is needed because its on an approved list. Get price, copay card details, everything. Then they send me to briova. They say its rejected, needs prior auth. Call optum back, they tell me they dont know why i got a letter or who i spoke w but its not covered. WTF

OptumRx - Their employees agree Website dysfunctional

Website designed by incompetents. Login doesn't work, I forgot my password link tells me the code they just sent in incorrect, same with login name. Since January a 30 min wait each time to phone in order. Clerks say you're not alone were updating the site I'll pay and get my Rx's local this company is worthless

OptumRx - Charge to my account

I am upset that no email was sent regarding my cost for a prescription that was $210.88. The company is great with sending redill reminders and order status so why can't a person who lives month to month on Social Security get an email warning us of these high costs. I would have asked for a 30 day prescription instead of a 90 day. This amount was a hard hit on my grocery funds.
