Optumrx - Just Awful

I the glucose meter and test strips I was using was not working for me (required too much blood and inaccurate). I wanted to get a cheaper meter with less costly test strips. There are literally hundreds of different meters out there, and they said they only cover one and I could not get a different one. Their web site is terrible and the customer service reps know nothing about health.
