Not resolved

I have been trying to get my rx's filled since the 15th of May only to be told something different each and every time I have called for a status update. This is the first time I have had to use Optumrx due to a change in my coverage and I am calling to see what can be done to change from this company but I fear it is not going to be possible due to open enrollment requirements re changes.

I have had to run out of my rx's and still don't have them.

Literally each time I've been told something different - what to do???? I have notes from each call, who I talked to and what I was told with dates.
