I ordered a refill for my prescription of blood pressure medicine presribed by my regular Dr.and received the wrong medicine prescribed by a different dr.whom I have not seen in 6 years. I called Optm Rx immediately and was told that I ordered that medicine,which I did not,and my wife was present as a witness.

I was told essentially that I was wrong,that I lied! In addition,the drug they sen is a different tier so I was charged 77 instead of 8.00 like I usually am. They ,2 supervisors,referred me to United Health care grievance dept,which was no help.

What terrible customer service,not to believe the customer when he says he received the wrong drug,wrong dr and wrong price!!!And now,Imhave no BP medicine to boot,and my blood pressure is soaring. What recourse do I have?
