I don't understand why USHealthcare uses them for mail order.Their service is so bad.

Every time I call someone gives me a different reason why my prescription has not been sent. Website stated processing for days. Dread dealing with them again when I need refills. Hope AARP and USHealthcare reconsider using this company.

I will not renew my prescription plan with them next year unless they change to another company.

Have heard many many other complaints about this company.Hope AARP reads about all these problems and solves the issue with this terrible company which has no customer service whatsoever.
