I called to get pricing on a med I HAD to get thru Optum (per my crappy insurance). The call center chick told me it would be $90 for a 3 month supply so I placed an order- the prescription was already submitted and approved by my doctor.
A couple days later, walah, I receive a one month supply and see Optum charged me the same $90!
I call and listen to a supervisor yell that the quote is always for the same $90, no matter how many months (?), that it's my fault, my doctor's fault, that they won't take the medication back, that they won't send the remaining 2 months of medication (even though by their own words it would be free)...And I can't even get this medication, which I need to function, at a retail pharmacy. I am looking for a new job which does NOT have UnitedHealthCare and does NOT have OptumRX!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
