My medications all have pre-authorization and they never give approvals. I got injured thru no fault of my own and now they can't process and coordinate claims and charge me more than my max allowed and push my problem off on another company section.
These folks can't coordinate benefits or claims they process or listen to consumers. I e had to take all my records and reconcile them for this company trying to get my accounts right. Terrible experience and I wish I had a different option.
They say on websight real time claims...idk what real time they use but they are too silo'd to even get their claims right. And they don't care
