Beginning in December 2017, Optum RX started sending me prescriptions and randomly charging my account. In just over 2 weeks, they charged almost $800 to my account for prescriptions I told them I did not want them to fill and for prescriptions that were out of date and that I no longer take.
They left me with $52 in my account right after the Christmas holiday even after I told them not to send refills and to stop sending me prescriptions without my approval.
They sent more 3 days later, which I no longer take, and again the following week. Then they sent them all in a single bag with the 3 I did order so that once I opened it, they would not take them back and issue a refund.
