Can't believe that my employer contracted with these incompetent people.Customer service reps aren't knowledgeable or helpful.
They hold prescriptions for MONTHS, not wanting to fill them due to bizarre claims about "needing prior authorizations" or "more information from the doctor." They hassle my doctor with multiple requests for the same information, which they lose, again and again. In addition, the customer service phone calls take FOREVER. Getting any type of information is very difficult, and the representatives have the same canned answers to almost every question. Finally, I need to call (on average) at least 5 times to get a single issue resolved.
Nothing is ever fixed with one phone call.And if you ask to talk to a supervisor to ensure that your problem is solved, you'll be holding for an hour.
