This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get the whole thing set up and I tried calling and everything but THAT didn’t work.

Website is TERRIBLE. Got prescription that I NEED to take daily but they completely screwed it up. Finally just went to my doctor to send it to them, he does. Can’t get the prescription sent to me so I call and ask them to send 30 days worth to my pharmacy.

They said they would. Called the pharmacy to make sure they got it.

Got a call back that said optumrx didn’t even have it??!! I HATE them and they deserve every bad review they get.
