Too bad i have to waste even a single star on Optum; it implies there may be a marginal degree of competence that simply doesn't exist there. The decision making process ignores medical facts from physicians; "customer service" agents recite denials from scripts repeatedly.
They place lives at risk with their practices...but hey! They must be making enough money they don't really have to care! So all is good if you're a shareholder, right?
Less so if you're a patient. ***.
