Not resolved

I sent in original scripts in their envelope that they supply customers on 12/19/13 and checked the box to hold the script until ready to be filled. Called today 1/29/14 to have them filled.

Was told that the scripts must be lost in the mail, they don't have them. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I missed her name and she would not repeat it, said she wasn't in that dept to help me. I waited for this supervisor for 16 minutes on hold only to be told she can't help. When I started to rant that I was on hold for 16 minutes she simply hung up.

Unbelievable - the customer service at Optum Rx is inept and totally lacks any professionalism.
