Ordered meds Jan 1 by phone cause website messed up and wouldn't process. Asked for overnight delivery cause out of meds and getting ready to travel.

They sent confirmation of shipping but UPS never received pkg, only paperwork. Optum Rx will do nothing, told me I should contact UPS and basically its my problem to fix. They will not send another order and "floor supervisor - Larry" told me he could not do anything. Having AARP insurance through United Healthcare this is only option for mail order which is less expensive.

So required to use OptumRx where service is awful, customer service non-existant, and problem occur much of the time. UHC wake up and use someone else!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $650.

Preferred solution: AARP and United Healthcare should use another mail order pharmacy since customers have no other choices.

I didn't like: Service, Accountability, Mistakes, Almost rude.
