They sent me a 90-day prescription renewal, saying it was my automatic 90-day renewal. I do not have an auto renewal.

I had just received a 90-day renewal that I ordered. By the time I realized they sent it, they had charged my bank account $440.28. My normal 90-day renewal charge, which I order, is 90.00. They said the increased charge was because I had gone over my annual insurance limit.

The amazing thing is that CHI Franciscan billed me twice what Highline Medical quoted me for an operation and that was pushed me over the limit. Now, Optum says they will refund the charge to my bank account after I return the drugs in the mailer they sent. They said it should arrive by 12/8/2017. It has not.

I need the *** money which they illegally took from me. If I could afford it, I would hire a lawyer and sue the *** out of these bastards.

Product or Service Mentioned: Optumrx Prescription Refill.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: By far the dumbest people i have dealt with i will sue.
