Insurer switched from Walgreens mail order in September so I submitted claims for mail order drugs in mid September.Credit card was charged immediately but received several messages about delays.
Was going on vacation 9/29 so needed drugs before I left. Then I was told they'd be shipped and given an arrival date. Nothing. Called, another arrival date.
Nothing. Called and was told the package was at the Post Office and it usually take 4-5 days to be delivered! Went to the Post Office but tracking number wasn't even in their system yet, much less at that location. Called again and was told no one was supposed to provide delivery dates as it was uncertain.
This, after several people gave me dates. Lies, lies, and more lies. Made alternative arrangements to get the medications temporarily. No explanation or apology for taking 3 weeks to get the medications.
Just tried to place a new order and nothing happens when I hit submit.
A truly incompetent organization.Will go back to monthly prescriptions to avoid the hassle.
