My fiance' and I had a very unpleasant experience with Optum Rx. My fiance' suffers from a chronic disease and requires Humira and Imuran immediately.

The very first contact with the representative, we were greeted rudely and clearly unhappy to assist us. I called the customer representative's rudeness and asked for the supervisor but was denied. The other attempts were made by my fiance'. First off, he was put on a very long hold and was asked to call back for their inability to assist him at the moment.

Needless to say, at the end of the day, nothing was resolved and his prescriptions remain to be "on progress".

If anyone is able to stay away from this mail-order pharmacy STAY AWAY. We pay a very high premium to manage our health with Humana (and it's affiliated online pharmacy, Optum Rx) appropriate but were not able to because of this company's failure to response to sense of urgency.
