I have never experienced anything like this. I used to get my medications via CVS Caremark.

Unfortunately, I switched my prescription plan to AARP not knowing that I could not use CVS Caremark as my mail order delivery service. I didn’t do my homework which was to do the research first. I cannot wait till this year is over. I will NEVER deal with either AARP (which only offers Optumrx as their mail delivery service} or Optumrx again.

EVER!!!! When I go on line to add a prescription, it does not take me to the next step, instead it logs me out. I tried it 3 times. I sent a message which I showed was never sent.

Just trying to access my account on line is a “horror.” A message comes up stating “Please hold, etc.” then either it takes too long or the response is a blank screen. I am frustrated.

This message is for anyone who is even thinking of using Optumrx. DON'T!
