After trying for over two hours, I still can't log in to the website, to refill prescriptions. I called customer service, and it took four calls to get through to a human being (automated answering machine was not responding to data I was inputting).

Customer Service rep was ale to refill a prescription, but could not help with the website issues. She did mention that they did a system upgrade yesterday, and maybe that was why my attempt to log in was "lagging." Earlier today, I got through to a customer service rep who, after hearing me complain about the terrible website, literally cut me off and disconnected the call.

Product or Service Mentioned: Optumrx Website.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Anything at all about my contact with them today.
