Not resolved

For the past two days I have been unable to login to to review my medications. Finally I called Customer Service, and was asked what browser was I using.

When I told them Safari, I was told that "they do not support Safari," and asked if I had another browser. I said that I had Firefox on one device. I was told they don't support that either. When asked how to access my account, I was told rather indifferently to go use a different device!

Basically, too bad. And this is defined as customer service? Every single device in our home is Apple related, and all use Safari or Firefox.

I'm sure ours is not the only household like that. I am extremely disappointed in OptumRx.
