My meds were with held stating that I owed $25 from over a year ago. I wanted to know why am I just being told about this after speaking to 13 reps prior to today.
I was disrespected and lied to those of us taking specialty medicine are going through enough with our issues to deal with this mess. I spoke to a resolution team member which said "I will waive it" and come to find out only a supervisor can.
This place is horrible and didn't care that I need this drug to live. It was their error not mine and the customer shouldn't have to suffer because their team isn't on the same page.
