I have called several times to customer service and been sent to the billing department, pharmacists ( who were the only ones to give a damn), specialty dept etc Everyone but a female pharmacist acted like they were determined to get me off the phone and send me elsewhere......All I called about was a refill...They are horrible, or at least the company that trains this crap to their employees. Or they just screen for idiots as employees.
The female pharmacist was nice and resolved my question but it took 45 minutes to get to her.
And this was my third call. I'd switch employment to get a new benefits package as long as I, and my kids could get away from Optum RX.
