The customer service reps lie.Nothing is Processed on time.
I have been waiting almost 2 months for a medication that I MUST HAVE on a daily basis. I'm going to look for another job not affiliated with OPTUMRx. Working with this insurance company has driven me insane. Now I need more meds for my mental health.
Thanks OPTUMRx for showing me what horrible customer service looks like. Imagine the meds they will have to pay for now.......I will be going to the Dr every time I stump my toe or sneeze or feel even slightly dizzy or tired. Surely I can get meds for for these ailments.
