I think the employees working there are trying to get the job done. But it is obvious that the systems both the web site and the internal systems are a complete mess.
Sending requests to the wrong doctors. Rejecting prior pharmacy approvals. The real problem is when the fulfillment takes more time than you have. There should be some law about the time to fill and process any request.
Complete incompetence means you are denied you therapy. Taking weeks to resolve an issue is incompetent. Hours on the phone crosses over from annoying to immoral.
