I have nothing positive to say. Medication that were sent automatically, I now have to call in for, but not all meds.

And I'm supposed to remember which ones I do and those that I don't. Notifications are supposed to include with first three letters of the name. Some do. Some don't!

Which is why I am writing this review. One can't even get a phone number off of their E-mails. Very unfriendly process.

NEVER had any issues, before. Not to mention that two of my scripts are NOT on their approved list.

WHOEVER determined that they needed to save money by using this company, did so at the member's services being disregarded.
