Contacted them over 5 times about one medication. Finally they said it is out of stock.
They was suppose to notify my Doctor they did not! They should have phoned me it was out of stock, they did not! I was asked to give a survey, about this issue, they hung up on me. Passing the buck domino style!
I am aggravated, worse than pissed! Someone did not do their job to contact my care giver and did not phone me, did not follow up on the needed "out of medication" My health could be compromised. ?
PLEASE HELP ME! I Can't get no SATISFACTION!
