It takes a number of minutes to make a connection leading me to believe they are using a Commodore 64 as their server. Once connected, I was asked to update my credit card info which I did.

I was then told I must call customer service because the website couldn't handle the update. When I attempted to write them about my problems, I was limited to the amount of characters I could submit.

Apparently, they really don't want to hear about problems with their server. While I'm wearing my complaint hat, I'd also like to make a comment about the Pissed Consumer website which won't accept a review because it states "More details is too short (minimum is 100 words)." Therefore, let me say another word, another word, another word, another word, another word, another word, another word, another word, another word, another word which sends me over 100 word.

Reason of review: Website.

Preferred solution: Fix the website.
